Over the Rainbow

I fell in love with these cookies from a Rainbows and Race Cars birthday party that was put together by Glory from Glorious Treats. The rest of the birthday party was absolutely adorable as well, but I just love the simplicity and bright colors on this cookie! You could use this design for so many different themes! So cute!
