I love having favors at my events that go along with the theme of the event and one very cute, not to mention tasty, favor you can give your guests is cookies! One of my favorite places to order cookies from is Lori's Place on etsy. She makes the most adorable cookies and can even make custom orders and personalize them for you too! Here are just a few examples of the cookies she creates but I recommend going to her shop and checking out all the cookies she has to offer! I'm positive she'll have something that you'll need for an upcoming event! Yum!

Come Sail Away

I am just in love with this little DIY birthday boat invitation! It comes from Jordan at Oh Happy Day! It was made by writing the party details on a blown-up balloon, then deflating it, and putting it in an adorable box with the boat. How fun for a boy's birthday, or even a nautical baby shower! And how great would it be to receive this little treasure in the mail! Love it! You can find your own wooden boat here.

A "Cut" Above the Rest

One of the things that reminds me of Summer the most is waking up to the smell of cut grass from all of the freshly mowed lawns in the neighborhood. (I really miss the fresh cut grass scent that Scentsy used to sell too!) But what better way to incorporate a little summer into your events than with a grass centerpiece?! "Hit it Outta tha Park!"

I just love seeing Wedding's that are not typical. And this wedding is just that! How fun does this wedding look?! I'm sure the guests had a "ball!" (Ha ha, couldn't resist the pun!) Rustic Lodge Wedding

This weekend I attended a friend's wedding up in the snowy mountains of Utah. (Yes, we still have snow here in May!) She had a rustic lodge style wedding with an outdoorsy flair. She is a very simple person and wanted everything to feel very natural, simple, and nature inspired. She rented a small lodge at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon to celebrate with close friends and family. It was a small and intimate ceremony and reception. Very cozy!
